If you need urgent treatment during normal surgery hours please contact us by phone and we will arrange an appointment for you as soon as possible.

Phone early (reception is open from 8:00 am) and we will try our best to see you the same day.
You may also of course call at reception. Please note that normally we cannot give you emergency treatment there and then but we will find the first available emergency slot for you.

When you phone the surgery outside of hours a message will advise you on where help is available.

Please note that there is a call out fee of £120.00 plus the cost of treatment which is payable at the time unless you have Denplan cover when there is a call out fee of £15.00 and no treatment cost.

You MUST phone to book an appointment with the clinic of your choice. A receptionist will then advise you of available appointments. If the clinic is closed you will be able to leave a message on the answerphone and the receptionist will contact you when the clinic reopens.
